28% drop in Teen Pregnancy

According to this MSN Slate article, teen pregnancy in the US dropped 28% between 1990 and 2000. Teen birth and abortion rates also dropped in the same period. The main point of the article is, why? Better education? Abstinence teachings? Maybe neither. The article indicates another possible cause: a drop in male fertility, perhaps due to chemicals like pesticides.

If a lot of politicians won't help the environment simply because it's the right thing to do, maybe they'll reconsider if you tell them that their policies will make their sons impotent.
