Sleep Study, part II

Some of you may recall that I was diagnosed with severe obstructed sleep apnea several weeks ago, by means of a night-long sleep study. Tonight, I get to do another such study, this time using a positive airflow mask to help me breathe better while I sleep. Basically, the aparatus blows air into my nose and mouth to keep the breathing pathway open. I won't get the results for at least a week.

The worst problem with doing the sleep study is that I have to give up sleep affecting drugs for the day, such as antihistamines and coffee. I realized, after buying a large pumpkin spice flavored coffee at Borders during lunch, that I couldn't drink it. Now it's sitting on my desk, laughing at me. Sigh.
