I drink a coffee in the morning,
I drink some jo at night.
I drink a latte in the afternoon
To make my head feel light

I drink espresso in times of peace
A double in times of war
I drink my java til my hands do quake,
And then I drink some more! (perk, perk, perk)

Weight Loss, Week 4

Well, the rate of weight loss is slowing, but that was to be expected. Still, I have to say, 236! Yea!

Hmmm, three-day Ren Weekend. Must eat sufficiently to keep up strength throughout! And water. lots and lots of water.
