Weight Loss, Week 5

Lost another pound. 235! While one pound per week may not seem like much, that's the goal. Hard to believe it's already been five weeks. Harder still to believe that I've lost 15 pounds.

You'd think that with Ren Fest, I'd be losing pounds more rapidly, but I actually weight more at the end of a Fest weekend. I'd probably have weighed less this morning, but I suffered a Cheez-Nips addiction attack yesterday and then went for a nice dinner with BE, complete with cheesecake desert. I like this kind of diet.
