Winter travels!

blueeowyn and I are heading to West Virginia for a few days to visit my grandmother for the holidays. We may be computerless (not sure yet), but we'll say hi when we return!

Don't do anything we wouldn't do while we're gone, OK? Or at least, if you do, take pictures...

Typing test

Finally got around to taking the typing test and found out that I go about twice what I thought, averaging 54 wpm with 1 error per minute. I took the test three times, using three different texts for three minutes each, and got very similar scores (within two wpm each time). I've never been a speed typer, but I guess I do OK.

Did it a few more times, and got a little faster (more familiar with text/technique?), but maxed at 61 wpm. This is as addictive as some video games.
