Score one for personal responsibility!

I've often wondered whether the following could happen: Suppose a kid steps out in front of a moving vehicle, and is killed. In today's society, we'd expect that the parents would sue the driver, and probably win, even though the driver really couldn't do anything to prevent the accident. But what would happen if the driver sued the parents? After all, their negligence in watching their kid has caused him a lifetime of trauma!

Well, today's news has a case that isn't far from my wonders.
