I've pointed to the web site,
IraqBodyCount.com a couple of times in the past, and now it has made the news. According to
this MSNBC article, 25000 civilians have been killed in Iraq since the war started, and a third were killed by the U.S. (most of those happening during the initial bomb-the-crap-out-of-everything phase).
Of course, the U.S. military disputes the numbers...
