Invasion of privacy! (sarcasm)

Now the speeders and red-light runners have a new ally as they scream about "invasion of privacy." According to this WTOPnews article, DC will be installing cameras to monitor illegal dumping! How dare they! If they aren't going to be there to physically cite the person doing the dumping, why should they be allowed to fine someone, and even confiscate their vehicle?!? Now people will have to haul their refuse all the way to Maryland or Virginia, or maybe even to a dump! The audacity! It's really just a money-making scam by DC's government you know.
