Green house with $0 electric bill!

Absolutely amazing article about an absolutedly amazing house.

The house uses less electricity than it generates, and sells the excess to the power company. Using a combination of thick, coated windows, well-insulated walls, amazingly efficient appliances. And supposedly is cheaper to build than most modern homes.

Sadness a good thing?

Just noticed a headline at newsweek.com, suggesting that there's too much happiness (or is that "happyness"? that movie has me all confused, now!), that sadness can be good. And I thought, well, duh! It's an excuse to eat chocolate!
