RHF's last joke?

RHF (rec.humor.funny) seems to have stopped updating, but the last joke they posted (about a month ago) is terrifically funny and shockingly offensive at the same time. Espcially appropriate after a stand-up routine at Balticon...

regarding the stand-up routine, Mark L Van Name did a bit about how boys pretty much cannot conceive of the idea of their mother having sex. With anyone. Even their father. (He also claimed that girls don't seem to have this problem.)
