Mmmm....fried brains....

Do you smell that? It's my brain. It is frying. I cut it into slices, and tossed them into a hot iron skillet. I thought about breading the slices first, but decided a spicy rub and a little oil would suffice. When the slices a lightly browned on both sides, I'll remove them from the heat, cut them into cubes, and serve them. On a stick, of course.
