Weight loss, Week 1
Okay, I've been good for a week. Not starving, not feeling deprived (though perhaps a little depraved...)
244 pounds! That's 6 pounds!
Yes, I know that in the first week of a serious diet, you can lose as much as 10 pounds in water weight, then the weight loss slows after that, so I'm not taking the first week too seriously. Still, my wedding band and waist band are both noticeably looser...
