tells us that one of the worst spammers was arrested in Virginia and convicted for 9 years. Currently waiting for the appeal process to go through its motions.

The judge shouldn't have let him out pending the appeal. Betcha he skips out.

However, siezing his assets wouldn't be unknown if he skips. Means all that
wonderful
cash he's
earned
along the way will be way out of his hands...
