New David Gilmour album coming!

Good news! Pink Floyd's guitarist David Gilmour is releasing a new album next year. But it's very sobering to see his picture -- he looks like he's gotten a bit respectable in his old age! (He'll be 60 in March)

well, there's something about 50 that's been bad for some rockers who look and feel much better post-55. Gilmour in the '94 Floyd tour looked like complete crap.

Peter Gabriel took some time off of touring in the mid 90s mostly because of being self-conscious about his balding. when the hair was finally gone for good, he felt better about it and went back on tour (along with fellow baldies David Rhodes and Tony Levin (who still shaves his head intentionally)).
