javasaurusAnyone notice that the Supreme Court ruled "that President Bush overstepped his authority in ordering military war crimes trials for Guantanamo Bay detainees."

They did, however, leave the door open for Congress to write laws that allow the trials. At least they're reminding Bush that he's president, not monarch.
