Planet X's new name

The "tenth planet," previously called Xena, with its moon, Gabrielle, has received an official name, Eris (pronounced "ee-ris), after the goddess of strife and discord. It was this planetoid that initiated a bit of the controversy surrounding the definition of "planet" and whether Pluto should retain its status, so the name is appropriate, eh?

Some of you will like this: Eris was the goddess who started the Trojan War by providing the "golden apple of discord" marked "to the most beautiful."
