what the hell!??!! i can understand clearing a *few* trees to put in a house. but 2 freaking ACRES!?!?! how big of a house was he planning to build!?!?!

i think he got what he deserved. i think he should have to pay to reforest, replant, and pay for the upkeep in case the newly planted trees don't make it. bankrupt my ass. he should GIVE back the land and beg forgiveness of it. he doesn't deserve to own land in the first place. rotten bastard. AUGH! I HATE PEOPLE. well, i hate stupid people.

i wonder how long it took before the neighbors complained, and how long in between the complaint did they guy get in trouble?

(sorry for venting. clear-cutting and littering are two of my supremo hot buttons. *g*)
