regarding the salad bar

Today, on MSN's health and fitness page, a review of the salad bar. Really, I think the writer really doesn't like veggies, but there's still some good info in the list. My favorite quote: "Broccoli is rich in a number of polysyllabic compounds that seem to have anticancer properties."
