Stupid drivers

Exit 28a from outer loop beltway onto New Hampshire, two exit lanes feed four New Hampshire lanes. Clearly marked on the road that the left exit lane goes to the left-most New Hampshire lane. I'm in the right exit lane, turning into the mid-right land of New Hampshire (the rightmost lane of New Hampshire immediately becomes right-turn only), and a woman in the left exit lane tries to cross two lanes in the intersection, almost hitting me, then at the next stop light starts honking and yelling at me and giving me the finger.

And that's just a typical day driving in the DC area.

Ugh. Where do people a) learn to drive and b) learn their manners? My mother would sking me alive if I behaved like that and my father would skin me alive if I drove like that.
