Page-a-day calendar fun!

From March 14 (wine-lovers calendar)
Brettanomyces:
Brettanomyces--or brett as many wine-savvy drinkers like to call them--are strains of wild yeasts that give wine a distinctive aroma and flavor that's been compared to barnyards, horse blankets, mice, and even Band-Aids. While none of those things sound very appealing, in fact, wines with a low level of brettanomyces (emphasis on the low) are often found to be complex and intriguing. In particular, pinot noirs, especially red Burgundies, often have a touch of brett.

From March 17 (Dilbert)
Dogbert, acting as tech support, on the phone. PHB is calling from his office.
Dogbert: Your mousepad is incompatible with your operating system. Try rebooting the mousepad. If that doesn't work, I'll call you back.
PHB: How will you know?
Dogbert: I'll watch you through your monitor.
