Bionic Woman, revisited?

The old show (and The Six-Million Dollar Man as well) ignored certain ideas of physics and biology. Even if her legs and right arm could lift the three-ton truck, her oh-so-human back would be crushed! And when she rips a phone book in half, how is she using her normal arm to provide that much leverage?

Pat Robertson predicts Tsunami

It seems that God has been telling Pat Robertson that the USA is in for a bad time in 2007, including a major terrorist attack late in the year, and possibly a tsunami in the Pacific Northwest. With regards to the latter, I don't know if he heard God, or Al Gore's "Inconvenient Truth"...
