Weight Loss, Week 11

Earlier this week I actually dipped below 230, all the way down to 229.5! However, the official weight for the week is 232. Sigh.
Mostly due, I suspect, to yesterday's feeding frenzy--I was stuck at work until 1am (not a real big deal, they generally treat me well, and it was somewhat interesting work). However, when I work late, I also eat. A lot. Mostly crackers and candy.
Sigh.
