Weight loss, week 14

Well, I've succeeded in hitting a snag. My weight gain of last week (due to snarfing out repeatedly while in Salt Lake City) has left me in a slump. 236 pounds. Must get a treadmill! My number of weeks and number of pounds lost is now equal! Eek!
