water/gas hybrid engine?

Is this for real?

Fox News report about water powered engine on YouTube.

OK, it's probably real, but is it realistic? The hydrolysis uses the car's battery, so it's ultimately self powering? Thoughts?

There are several cars now that can run on hydrogen, which produce water as their "waste"... and I've *heard* of some experiments that use a water powered engine in tandem with a gas engine... but not a water only... nor anything beyond the experimental, semi-juryrigged version of a water run engine.

My brother did mention that there really are people buying the hydrogen engine cars in CA... although they are quite expensive and from what he said the hydrogen filling stations are not quite as numerous/spread as reported (there *might* be the 8 we've heard of, but they're apparently mostly in one area... and some of them don't seem to be open "to the public").
