Weight Loss, week 16

Hurumph! still on the plateau, at 236. I'm hovering, I think. I had hoped to make a bit more progress before T-giving binge. Maybe occasional plateaus are good things, giving the body time to find a new equilibrium before going down further, but this plateau has been going on long enough! This is the first week since I started this that I'm officially behind schedule.
In all honesty, I've been a little lax recently about fast foods and sodas, and I'm not drinking as much water as I was when I started this. Need to regain the good habits. Unfortunately the next update is day after the great yearly overindulgence, so you'll be privy to the effects of having seconds, thirds, fourths, and then pie!
