Last night's sky

It's them, I tell you! They're coming for me!

Apparently, last night's sky was full of fiery streaks of light, sometimes with thunder. Did anyone see this phenomenon?

Hmm... and here I was, thinking it was just more of the wind blowing (wow, did the house get hit *hard* a few times around 3am... of course the 2nd and 3rd hits that I heard had to happen *just* as I was falling asleep again). We wouldn't have seen anything anyway - sky was still fully covered with clouds as 4am approached.
