My 2:30 post, at noon

I had an old filling replaced in February, and afterwards there was a sharp pain when biting on that tooth. The pain decreased over time, and occurred less frequently, but still continued to stab at me when least expected. So I had the filling replaced again today. So no crunchy or sticky foods for two days. Mmmmmm....applesauce and mashed potatoes!

Mostly my jaw hurts, now that it's not numb.

But hopefully, no more tooth hurty.

Hope very much for no more pain for you too!

Thank you Silmaril. I know that compared to your recent adventures, a little tooth pain hardly blog-worthy. I'm actually more distressed about eating only soft non-sticky foods for a couple of days than about the actual dentist visit.

Enjoy your pain-killers, and get better soon!

Oh, I'm not in competition. Pain is pain and everyone's pain sucks equally. Mine might just be a bit more inconvenient.

I remember getting veeeeeeery bored three days after my wisdom tooth was pulled, so I know what you mean. Tapioca puddings and yogurt go only so far for variety.

Ouch! I had a loose filling not too long ago and it hurt! Plus I took way too long to call the dentist and had to go in and get it fixed without the sedative I'm usually able to get. I shook the whole time they were working on me.

I hope you feel better soon and have tasty if soft food.
