Weight loss, week 18

Hmmm...maybe instead of calling these updates "weight loss" I should call them "weight bounce." At least it's starting downwards again, albeit slowly. 239 was last Friday's weight. I had hoped that after the T-day splurge, that extra fiver would melt within a week. Guess not. But I shall not let my enthusiasm fade! I will continue marching across the fields of obesity, and into the land of milk and honey! (Um, skim milk and sucralose-based honey, maybe?)

Date: 2003-12-08 02:39 pm (UTC)Just remind yourself not to give up... it's not just the holiday stuff that makes this time of year difficult after all. *g* My goal through March is just not to regain more than 2-3 pounds... hopefully not that. So far, so good. I've managed to bounce around within 2 pounds of the lightest weight I hit end of October.
Would help if not only there weren't so many 'holiday temptations', but if I didn't have some oddity that ups my fat cravings this time of year (only figured that out yesterday... odd thoughts when you can't sleep...)
