Spiderman vs. Mickey Mouse?

In the news today, Disney is acquiring Marvel, which means that we could see Mickey and Spidey in the same entertainment! Probably won't happen, but you never know!
I'm just hoping a new superhero themed park will be added to the Disney properties in Florida.
And I wonder if this will force a name change for Universal Studio's Hulk roller coaster.

Having a stronger story department can help in a BIG way from the constant interference from the marketing and management execs that ruin a story and by extension the film. As Disney has finally (thanks to Lasseter) purged such interference from much of its upcoming output, the interference that started hurting the late 90s projects, it would be nice to see someone purge it from DC's films.
[to get an idea about how bad it got in DC, see if you can find Kevin Smith's [Jersey Girl, Dogma, Clerks] stories about his script for Superman and the Warner executive's absolute commitment to bringing in a giant spider for the climax. that exec finally got his giant spider: the mechanical one in Wild Wild West that effectively killed the film, because with such silliness, nothing else in the film could be taken seriously and it became a farce of the original rather than an embracing of it.]
