Weight loss, week 28

javasaurusLast Friday, bounce back up to 237. This week I'm on a work trip to New Jersey (Parsippany, to be exact). Can't imagine I'll lose any weight here. Heck, for dinner had all-you-can-eat ribs at Damon's. Couldn't help myself, and had two full racks. Mmmmmm.... I'll pay for that at Friday's weigh-in.
