I just received a piece of SPAM advertising "ultra soft towels." Of course, I simply deleted it, didn't open, yaddah, yaddah. However, I did misread the title. I thought it said "ultra soft vowels" and I was thinking, hmmm... that could be a thesis for a linquistics major. But what would an ultra soft vowel be?
