Weight Loss, Week 3

Got on the scale this morning, and it said, "ouch!" Actually it said 238! Woo-hoo! This is the first time in more than a year that I've been under 240.

Yay! I'm impressed. And you know... it's hit the point where it's definitely noticable that there's "something different" about the way you look. Yeah, yeah... probably did before, but for some reason it didn't really hit me until I saw you up on stage on Wednesday night.

Sigh... I'm still trying to figure out how to convince myself (for real) to "behave" and do at least closer to what I "ought to" rather than what "just happens".
