Where is everybody?
Okay, here I am at work, and yes it's 3:48 in the morning. Well, 2:48. Need to set my clock. Need more caffiene. Got a project due by Monday morning, and it's been keeping me up late at night for several nights over the last two weeks. Last night I got home at 6am, and tonight won't be any different. At least I'm finally near the end of it, and it will be done on time. But I'm so freakin' tired. I'll be presenting my work as a poster at a science forum in Salt Lake City on Tuesday, and the plane leaves Monday morning. Very tired. I think I might be rambling. Need more coffee. Mmmmm....who needs sleep?
So where is everybody? Nobody posting on LJ at (almost) 4 in the morning? Oooops. I mean almost 3?
sigh.

But it's nearly finished. Just need to add concluding statements, then pray that the printer still has ink! Did I mention that I am sleepy?

Here I am, almost finished with my project. Not nearly as sleepy as I should be. Or maybe I'm just delusional. But here I sit, waiting for you guys to write something entertaining to help keep me awake. But noooooooo! You're too busy sleeping, or doing important weekend stuff, like cleaning house, or buying groceries. Which reminds me, I need to buy milk.
Just got back from a short breakfast break. Mmmmm Taco Bell for breakfast. That should keep me awake for a while. Or at least keep people from encroaching on my personal space if I do fall asleep.
Not much left now but to print out thirty pages on a color laser printer using high quality paper. Silly thing, can't just load it and walk away. The high quality paper tends to feed two at a time if you let it. I have to hand feed one page at a time. I think I'd be happier hand printing the thing with crayons.
More later. But ya gotta entertain me, OK?

I also told him on Sunday that if he was too tired to drive home from work safely, I would drive to pick him up.
Somehow I suspect that he will sleep very soundly tonight, no matter how hopping the hotel might be.
